Nicola Ward – Care Coordinator

Hi, my name is Nicola and my role at NCCN is Care Coordinator. I began working for NCCN in April 2023 before this i was a Rota Co coordinator for Elizabeth Homecare from December 2013. NCCN took over Elizabeth Homecare April 2023.

As a Care Coordinator I support my team of support workers daily through consistency of rotas, regular supervisions, and reviews. I work alongside family members, Social Services, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is offered to each individual within the service.

The aspect of my role I enjoy most is having communication with my support workers, with having communication daily i feel this allows support workers to support individuals within the service to make and achieve the requests regarding their care.
