Our locations support Adults in the community, including, but not exclusively people who have physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health and age-related needs. NCCN specialises in the provision of large care packages specifically designed for those who need a high level of care supervised by highly qualified nurses and support staff. This includes brain and spinal injury, life limiting conditions and enduring neurological conditions. A Learning Disabilities team provides all levels of care in this specialist area, including the provision of Independent Supported Living services, respite services and home support, specialising in support for those who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and other complex conditions.
NCCN CQC Registered bases include one in Market Weighton and Selby – Covering East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, North Yorkshire Council and North Lincolnshire

Our registered Manager Sue Walsh, her team of care coordinators and support staff provide personal care to people living in their own homes, including those in supported living.
We provide care to older people and younger adults who receive a tailored package of support whatever level of need they have. Those who have complex care needs are supported by experienced staff who are competent and well trained, staff have many years’ experience within a multi-disciplinary team setting. This includes support staff, those who are experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities, those with physical and sensory impairments, and those with a range of health conditions which can be managed at home. We work with you to develop a package of care which focuses on what you would like to achieve, and what is important to you.

Our registered Manager Nikki Prankett, her team of care coordinators and support staff provide personal care to people living in their own homes. We provide a service to older adults, younger disabled adults and people living with dementia or mental health problems. Each package of care is tailored to your needs. We go the ‘extra mile’ working with you and your family to effectively assess and understand, how we can support you within your own community. Our friendly and professional staff have the right skills, knowledge and experience to meet your overall goals and outcomes. We seek advice and support from our multi-disciplinary team, and we work closely with our health and social care partners to provide a seamless service to you every day of the week.
