Nikola Reed – Payroll Officer

Hi, I’m Nik. I’m the Payroll Officer for New Concept Care and Nursing, and I have worked here since 2016. During my time I have developed my knowledge of payroll to a higher level and make sure I keep up to date with the current legislation.

I have worked in finance for over 20 years covering all aspects of accounts and payroll services.

I have previously managed large payrolls but NCCN is the largest payroll I’ve run and I have really enjoyed the challenge and deadlines that have to be met each week. It can on occasion be quite demanding meeting those deadlines but I always receive help and support from our brilliant finance team.
