Hi, my name is Courtney, and I work as an Accounts Assistant at NCCN. I joined NCCN in 2021 and, since then, have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
I have over five years of experience in the care sector. I started in 2019 as a care worker in the community, then moved on to become a senior care worker. Later, I worked in residential care as part of a dementia care team.
In 2021, I joined NCCN as a Care Coordinator. After three years, I was ready for a new challenge, and NCCN gave me the opportunity to transition into the Finance Team, where I now contribute as an Accounts Assistant.
Since starting at NCCN, I’ve received excellent training and developed skills to support people with complex needs, including using equipment like cough assist machines, ventilators, and PEG feeding.
I am proud to continue learning and growing while being part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support.
