My Name is Emma.

 I have worked in the health and social care sector for 10 Years Supporting young adults with challenging behaviour, Autism, epilepsy,  a wide variety of care needs and a learning disability. I started in this job industry in 2015 when I was 18 and began my journey as a Support Worker with no experience, to becoming a senior support worker before moving up into a deputy Manager position of a 10-bed service.

 I choose to have a change in my career path in 2023 when I accepted the role as a care coordinator with Meadow Lodge Home Care services to widen my experience within the Health and Social care sector.

 I have my NVQ level 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.

 Away from my role you will see me spending time with my little boy and my partner as a family of 3.
