Hi! I’m Maddie, I’m 20 years old and I’ve recently joined the team as an HR Apprentice. I’m excited to be part of such a supportive environment where I can grow my skills and gain hands-on experience in all areas of Human Resources.
In my role, I support the team with day-to-day operations, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m particularly looking forward to developing my knowledge of employee relations and understanding how HR contributes to both people and business success.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, and I’m always planning my next trip I love to see new places. I’m always happy to chat, so feel free to reach out if you need anything or just want to say hello!
