Hi, my name’s Wren and I’m the Training Lead for New Concept Care and Nursing. I have worked here since 2019, as the previous Health and Well-Being Assessor.

After completing my Master’s degree thesis in 20th Century diagnostic/prognostic models of Psychopathy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies; and also teaching as a Postgraduate Student Lecturer, I knew I wanted to further my learning and experience by working within the healthcare sector. Following this, I spent five years working with adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities, eventually focusing on care planning, risk assessments, and community rehabilitation and integration.

As Training Lead, I am responsible for managing the Training Department; writing and delivering a high standard of training in accordance with CQC and NICE regulations; and ensuring the company’s legal training compliance.

My knowledge and experiences throughout my career, as well as numerous qualifications which I have achieved whilst working for NCCN, have allowed me to successfully fulfil my role, which I am very proud of.
